- Usage Data: We analyze how you interact with the dashboard to improve our AI models (e.g., which post suggestions you accept or reject).
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used strictly for the following purposes:
- Service Provision: To generate AI content, schedule posts, and display analytics.
- AI Training: We use anonymized post performance data to train our neural networks. We never use your private messages or identifiable personal data for training public models.
- Communication: To send transactional emails (invoices, password resets) and product updates.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with:
- Service Providers: Cloud hosting (AWS), payment processors, and email services necessary to run the platform.

We retain your data as long as your account is active. upon cancellation, you may request the permanent deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support. Social media tokens are automatically invalidated upon account deletion.
